I’m Lee Hollands, a creative producer and director, studio lead and account director who turns strategy into cinematic, social-first storytelling across film, photography, animation and design. I’m a people person first: I love building trust, mentoring teams, and bringing the best out of everyone in the room, from creatives in the studio to senior stakeholders in the boardroom.
Over the last decade, I’ve led end-to-end campaigns for global brands and public sector organisations, shaping the idea, building the team, running the production, and delivering polished assets that work across web, social, email, events and print.
I produce cohesive, creative content and assets, produce integrated campaigns with impact and longevity so the work keeps earning long after launch.
I’m also passionate about the synergy between creativity and AI, using modern tools to speed up ideation, storyboarding and versioning, so humans can spend more time on craft, emotion and impact.
